I stayed at Veio Residence Resort for a romantic getaway and enjoyed the lovely terrace with a view over the gardens. The apartments were spacious, comfortable, and super clean. The swimming pool was big enough and cleaned daily. The location was perfect, surrounded by a nice walk through the woods and just a short drive from the center of Rome. The staff were friendly and even refunded me for the pool fee. The shuttle to and from the train station was a great convenience.
Would recommend this hotel.

Nice, very quiet location in a tropical forest, not really far away from the city. The terrritory was clean and well maintained, as well as rooms. Supermarket is in 15 mins walk. Breakfast is served directly in the room - very convenient. Apart from the shuttle bus service there is an option to take a public transport to get to the train station.
We spent 2 hours at the train station because nobody informed us that the shuttle bus is marked as "Seven Hills Village". Nobody at the hotel's reception was answering our calls at 11 am and it was impossible to call a taxi without speaking Italian. Even so it's possible to go to the hotel by public bus nobody gives proper instructions about which bus to use and which stop is the nearest to the hotel. Train service is often delayed and is unreliable. On the way to the airport the taxi called by the reception arrived with 40 min delay and we were almost late to our plane. We had to pay for the waiting time because the taxi driver and the reception didn't understand each other. The room had no a/c or a proper ventillation. The bed was on the 2nd floor and it was almost impossible to sleep because hot air got up during the day and windows were nailed up at the 2nd floor.

Nice design. Situated in gardens. Secured area (private parking).
Furniture good looking but very impractical. Very cold bathroom. Poor breakfast.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect for me, as it was away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The peaceful surroundings and green landscapes provided me with a much-needed escape from the hectic lifestyle of Rome. The spaciousness of the hotel was impressive, and I found it to be great value for money. The room was well-appointed, with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. I particularly enjoyed the terrace area outside, which offered stunning views of the gardens. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout my stay.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

beautifull place, excellent service, cheap, clean and relative easy to mobile (train station is about 5 min drive). recommended coming with a car and park it in the trail station if you are going to rome center.
water pressure and hot water in the shower need to be fixed (probably individual problem)

I liked the friendliness of the reception ladies, the clenliness of the room, the beautiful garden around, the location close to Rom, but far away from the crowd, the short distance to Bracciano and its lake.. I thought I was in paradise (although no apples to steal, just palm trees to look at). This is an address one should keep secretly and just giving it away to good friends, but today I´m generous and give it to YOU:
People who complain about packed breakfast know it beforehand, so what? We think it was very good value for money and would love to come back every year.

The natural surroundings of the resort were absolutely stunning. the wooden cabins were spacious and the perfect size for families with pets, as it was advertised. the staff was very accommodating and even gave us a small heating unit when the air conditioning didn't reach certain rooms.
The kitchen equipment was very basic, and the two-ring gas hob supplied didn't always work properly. the lack of sound insulation made it difficult to ignore the loud noises from the neighbours.

I loved the peaceful surroundings this hotel had to offer. The wildlife was amazing to witness and it was great to have a view of the garden from my apartment's lovely terrace. The hotel facilities were impressive. The swimming pool was my favorite part; it was always clean and refreshing. The staff were all so friendly which made my stay even better. Additionally, the transportation service provided by the hotel was convenient as it helped me get around this city easily.
Not obvious to find, but once you do, it's worth the journey.

We stayed at Veio Residence Resort for a family vacation and loved the spacious wooden house that gave us a cozy home away from home feeling. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The resort is surrounded by greenery, making it feel like we were lost in the woods, yet it was just a short hike away from civilization. It was a perfect self-catering choice to visit Rome without dealing with traffic and crowds. The apartments were clean, comfortable, and had a rustic charm. The swimming pool was well-maintained, and the area offered lovely walks through the woods.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The location was romantic with beautiful green areas that were perfect for a romantic escape. The pool was enjoyable and well-maintained, offering a refreshing dip. The staff was helpful in providing transportation to the nearby train station. the refrigerator and comfortable beds were nice perks.
The kitchen facilities could use an update, as the equipment was very basic and worn. the cleanliness of the apartment was not up to standard, with old patio furniture and a smelly, stagnant pool of water.
